Saute garlic in olive oil until it's translucent. Stir in flour slowly until mixture becomes frothy. Add clams and clam juice and bring to a light boil. Remove from heat. Stir in the fresh parsley. Finish with salt and pepper.

Cook 1 lb. of linguini. Lightly toss cooked linguini
with clam sauce. Allow to marinate for a few minutes. Serve. You can serve with or without parmesan cheese.
Stella's Yard Linguini & White Clam Sauce
Ingredients:
4 - 6oz. cans of minced clams (drained)
1- 8oz. bottle of clam juice
6 cloves of garlic minced
1/2 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of fresh parsley
2 tbs. flour
1 lb. of linguini
Salt and pepper to taste
* You can skip draining the clams if you'd like a wetter sauce
